Michael & Benedicta: A Beautiful Milk Brown Traditional Wedding in Ghana
Some weddings are special because they bring together love, culture, and family in the most beautiful way. Michael and Benedicta’s traditional wedding was one of those moments. Their love story unfolded in a stunning milk brown-themed ceremony filled with joy, laughter, and deep tradition.
A Love Rooted in Tradition
Michael and Benedicta had been looking forward to this day for a long time. Their traditional wedding took place in a cozy courtyard decorated in soft milk brown and purple outfits, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The rich colors blended perfectly with their cultural outfits and the happy faces of their family and friends.
The Groom’s Arrival
In true Ghanaian fashion, Michael’s family arrived first, carrying gifts like schnapps, cola nuts, and beautiful fabrics to show respect and appreciation to the bride’s family.
Michael looked dapper in his Purple Kente cloth, with the gold embroidery that made him stand out like royalty. Even with all the excitement, you could see that he was most excited about one thing, seeing his bride.
The Bride’s Grand Entrance
Then came the moment everyone was waiting for Benedicta’s entrance.
She stepped outside gracefully in a stunning Purple kente dress, looking like a true queen and her smile lit up the entire room. Michael couldn’t take his eyes off her.
The Traditional Ceremony
The elders from both families led the knocking ceremony, where Michael formally asked for Benedicta’s hand in marriage. After prayers, advice, and well wishes, their union was blessed.
The Celebration Begins!
Once the official part was done, it was time to celebrate! The reception was lively, filled with delicious food, music, and dancing. Tables were decorated and guests enjoyed tasty Ghanaian dishes like jollof rice, waakye, grilled tilapia, and sweet treats.
Michael and Benedicta had their first dance to a mix of highlife and Afrobeat, twirling and laughing as their love story unfolded in front of everyone.
